John Robert "Jesus Christ, Jr." Ellis
1939-
Drawings (pencil, pen, marker, etc.)
|
|
Information:
John Ellis spent time in prison for (accidently, he says) killing a man who was visiting his wife-to-be.
He created different personas for himself - "Mr. Teach", "The Sinner" and "Jesus Christ Jr." When his drawings were shown for the first time, he practically had to be forced to sign them as he believed they had no value.
