Information:
Texas artist Henry Ray Clark, in his late 60's, first spent time behind bars when he was 15. He has been in and out of prison many times since then, and is currently serving a 25-year sentence following his fourth conviction on drug charges. His street name is "The Magnificent Pretty Boy". Clark only seems to create art when in jail, filling manila envelopes, prison requisition forms, and whatever else he can get his hands on with complex geometric designs bursting with color. He says that "as long as my mind can create something beautiful to look at, I am a free man.
