Salem, IL Bumper Crop - Richard Pollard unknown Welded environment

Information: Salem, Illinois, is the home to many used car lot owners, but we suspect Richard Pollard is the only one whose home (which is next door to the site) boasts anything quite like what he calls his Agricultural Test Plot. Exactly 337 shiny chrome bumpers sprout from a well-maintained patch of dirt in Pollard's yard, and he says he's got more bumper seed just waiting to be planted. As he's an expert, we asked Richard for his opinion about the ones found on Chrysler minivans. "They're bumper crap" is what we learned. Rare Visions and Roadside Revelations
